Julianne Moore

Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is an incredible Hollywood actress and author whose talents have earned her critical acclaim and recognition. Sagittarius in birth and born on December 3, 1960 at North Carolina. She's one of the three children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper. She's English and Scottish. Moore's dad moved around often due to his job. It was difficult for her to make and keep friendships. When her family moved to Germany Moore attended Frankfurt American High School where she started appearing in productions. After completing her B.F.A. at Boston University in 1983, Moore continued her education. After graduating, Moore moved to New York and began her career in off-Broadway theater. Moore is a theater graduate who attended the college at the time of her graduation in New York and started her acting career off Broadway after moving into New York. Her screen debut came in 1985 with an episode from The Edge of Night. In 1986, she portrayed the two characters that were Sabrina Hughes (Frannnie) and Frannie Hughes (Sabrina Hughes). The show became her biggest break. She starred on the show as the World Turns through 1988. In recognition of her performance, she received an Daytime Emmy Award. Her first film appearance came in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. The film she later described as a bad low-budget production. Short Cuts (1993), 3 Women (1997), and 3 Women (1997) were all directed by Robert Altman. In the latter, she won several awards and critical acclaim. Moore played her first main part on screen in Safe(1995). Steven Spielberg, who was director of Jurassic Park: The Lost World in 1997 and one of that year's biggest earning films, chose Moore as a lead actor. The actress received an SAG award nomination for Magnolia at the end of 1999. The Hours starred Moore in 2002, and was nominated for the nine Academy Awards along with Nicole Kidman. More movies Moore has appeared in includes The Forgotten (2004) Freedomland (2006) Shelter (2010) etc. Non-Stop was a film in which she appeared in 2014 was released. Moore has been featured in numerous films and television series. The most recent role she has played is in When You Finish Saving the World (2022). She has established her career in Hollywood in addition to being a successful children's book author. The first book she published was Freckleface Strawberry in 2007 and it became a N.Y.T. Best-seller, it was also made into a series as well as a music. Her book of 2013 entitled My Mom Is A Foreigner was also a best-seller. Moore is an accomplished actor and writer. Moore's personal life thus, is in the realm of the public domain. Moore was married to John Robin back in 1984 The couple split in 1996. Bart Freundlich is the father of two of her children. Moore's primary focus is on her friends, family and her work.
